Each TumBiotix capsule contains:

Lactobacillus Acidophilus

A probiotic strain available in food (milk, yoghurt), it dominates in the small intestine and has been extensively studied for its positive effects on gut and bowel health.

Lactobacillus Plantarum

A highly specialised probiotic strain; it has demonstrated superiority to placebo in supporting Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) sufferers.

Directions

As a food supplement take one or two capsules daily with or after food. Swallow with water.
